The most impressive benefits of the MedX system lies in its strengthening capabilities and adaptability to a wide variety of lumbar disorders.  Research has shown that with as few as 1-2 exercise sessions per week on the MedX Lumbar Extension Machine during a six to eight week regiment, the lumbar paraspinal muscles can increase in strength up to 500% in some cases.  Follow-up studies conducted at our facility confirm that a majority of the patients completing our spinal rehabilitation programs have not pursued further back or neck treatment.  Please contact our office for further information.
